Gingerbread House Demonstration---fun for the whole family!

Lake Villa District Library is the place to be Thursday, December 12 at 6:30p.m. Chef Michael Niksic will be creating a beautiful, delicious gingerbread house that one lucky winner will take home.

Known as The Food Mercenary, Michael's gingerbread houses are masterpieces---complete with miniature lights and one-of-a-kind-figures---that have appeared on network TV dozens of times. Building secrets, fun ideas, easy to follow recipes, sources for supplies, tips for safe-handling will be shared. This workshop is perfect for kids of all ages and anyone who wants to re-create a masterpiece at home.
