PAFA Early Registration for Fall Football is March 31

Palatine Amateur Football Association (PAFA) is the organized full-contact youth travel football program affiliated with the Palatine Park District. The 2013 program is for children ages 8 to 14 as of September 1, 2013. PAFA teams play other communities in the Northwest Youth Football League (NWYFL) and through an alliance partnership with the Bill George Youth Football League. The season begins with late afternoon practices in August, Monday through Friday. Once school begins, practices are held three days per week after school. Games are played on Saturdays and limited Sundays, both home and away, from late August through October. Playoff and championship games are played in November.

Registration is currently being accepted for the 2013 PAFA season. Complete registration details can be found at www.palatinepanthers.com. A few key dates include:

• March 31 – Early Registration Ends

• June 7 – Registration Closes

• June 8 and July 14 – Equipment Handout Days

• July 29 – Season Opens: First Practice at Ost Field

• August 17 – PAFA Party in the Park

• August 24 – First Weekend of Games

• August 26 & 27 – Picture Days at Ost
