Consumers Credit Union Hosts Free Seminar: “Home Buying Made Easy”

Waukegan, IL, March 5, 2013: Buying a home is a very important step in life – a step many are eager to take, but are often reluctant to do. After all, buying a home is the biggest decision most people will ever make – and decisions that big come with many, many questions. That's why Consumers Credit Union (CCU, $585 Million, Waukegan, IL) is proud to offer it's FREE workshop "Home Buying Made Easy" on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. This no-cost seminar is open to the public, and includes easy-to-understand answers to the challenging questions about financing options, purchasing options and more.

Experts will be on-hand to give helpful tips on how to finding just the right home for those attending the workshop – and to answer all your questions. Gil Chavez and Lucas Frantz from CCU's Mortgage Department will cover financing options, while Ray Millington of Century 21 Roberts & Andrews will provide suggestions for determining the value of their prospective new home, tips for handling paperwork and other useful information to help make the home buying process run smoothly.

"Home Buying Made Easy" is open to the public as well as credit union Members at no charge on Wednesday March 20, 2013, at the Holiday Inn in Gurnee, IL, starting at 6:00pm. The seminar is produced in cooperation with Consumers Cooperative Association, the credit union's sponsor.
