Class 3A regional host Glenbard South (9-17) enjoyed its own court, to the tune of a 62-38 win over No. 17 seed Payton. Heading the No. 15 Raiders were Alex Jeske and Chaun Rickette with 12 points apiece and Tim Marshall with 9.
Downers Grove South 52, Yorkville 43:In a Wheaton Warrenville South regional quarterfinal, No. 13 seed Downers Grove South defeated No. 20 Yorkville 52-43. Center Robert Mara scored 17 points, Scott McNellis 16 and Jordan Cannon 10 for Downers South (15-11).
