Way helps Steveson to 3rd straight win

Sophia Way led the way, scoring 11 points, and Stevenson's girls basketball defeated Prospect 44-38 in a nonconference game Tuesday night.

Kari Moffat and Alex Elzinga added 7 points each for the Patriots, who improved to 3-4 with their third consecutive win.

Grayslake North 53, Woodstock North 38: The Knights remained undefeated, improving to 8-0 and 2-0 in the Fox Valley Fox Division.

Joanna Guhl scored a season-high 14 points, Brittney Thibeaux added 12, and Emily Dugan tallied 9 for Grayslake North.
