District 200 names principal at Edison
An Oswego educator, Rachel Bednar, has been named principal of Edison Middle School in Wheaton Warrenville Unit District 200.
Bednar has been assistant principal at Karl Plank Junior High in Oswego since 2008. She also served as director of the learning resource center at Oswego High School and director of the learning and resource center at Bednarcik Junior High.
District officials said Bednar already has begun her transition to the new job and officially will start July 19.
