U-46 Recognizes the Long-Time Dedication of Staff Members

Every year at this time, employees who have dedicated 25, 30, 35 and even 40 years to the students in the School District U-46 are recognized at a reception hosted by the Board of Education. This year 73 people are in this elite group. These employees wear many hats. Some are in the classrooms, some are behind the scenes in the kitchen, on the bus, caring for the buildings, or at the front desk, but all of them are focused on making U-46 a wonderful experience for our students and their families.

On April 11 the Board of Education recognized the service of these dedicated individuals with a reception and presented them with an award. Their dedication and commitment to the district make recognizing them an inspiring event.
