No comparison for candidates’ credentials

When it comes to representing the Southwestern portion of Lake County in District 17, I want someone with proven experience and leadership. Mr. Dan Quick of Wauconda has that proven record after 29 years with the village of Wauconda that also included his tenure as school board president and park district president as well. And let’s not forget his service with the Wauconda Fire Department as a volunteer FF/P-Med and a department board member at a time when paramedic service was first being introduced to the area. Dealing with a county operating budget of some $460 million will not be intimidating for Mr. Quick. Quick has already dealt with traffic and zoning issues, resurfacing projects, union talks, land application for parks and recreation and so much more. With the majority of our tax dollars being charged locally, I want Dan Quick and his experience looking out for my area of the county and having a say in all things Lake County. I say there is no comparison. Dan Quick, Republican candidate for the Lake County Board District 17 is the proven leader with experienced credentials to back him up.
