Fremd Grant-A-Wish drive another big success
The Fremd High School National Honor Society held its annual Grant-A-Wish and Adopt-A-Family drive before Christmas.
More than 500 wishes for underprivileged children in the Chicago area, along with 180 children and senior citizens in Palatine, are served by this annual event.
Gifts were loaded at the school and delivered on Dec. 10 and 11.
After delivering gifts, Fremd High School student Lindsey Eich reads to children at the Shining Star Pre-School in Chicago.
