What was new in 2021-22: The school implemented a School Beautification Committee that aesthetically improved several areas of the building, including the Link Hallway and the Main Foyer.

What challenges did the Class of 2022 face as they returned to in-person school full time, and how did they overcome them: COVID-19 mitigations prevented our students from being able to get together under the same conditions at the start of the year. Our Student Council got to work with the building's administration to assess every student event and come up with creative plans to hold them in a way that met county and state expectations related to social distancing. Every single Homecoming activity, including a 1,800-student Homecoming Dance, was held. Participation numbers were at an all-time high, and our students were able to celebrate and compete in a fun and safe way.

Principal's reflections on the Class of 2022: The senior class at St. Charles North made high school feel like "high school" again. They worked hard to provide all students with experiences they will remember positively for years to come. Their enthusiasm and school spirit could be felt throughout the school.- Principal Shanna Lewis
