Academic achievements:

• The Rosary High School Class of 2022 has been awarded $14.4 million in scholarship offers.

• Anna Westhoff has been named a Commended Student in the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Program.

• Tia Ybarra was recognized as a commended student by the College Board National Hispanic Recognition Program.

Extracurricular achievements:

• Math Team qualified for ICTM Math.

• Marisa Manhart performed in the Illinois Music Education Association Honors All State Chorus, the top choir in the state of Illinois.

Athletic achievements:

• Cross Country - Conference Champions; IHSA Class 1A Regional and Sectional Champions

• Liana Surtz won IHSA Class 1A State Champion in cross country.

• Swimming - Conference Champions, IHSA State team qualifiers

• Competitive Cheer - IHSA State Team Qualifiers

Theater productions:

• "Shrek" - Rosary Musical

• "Phantom of the Opera" - Marmion Musical

What was new in 2021-22:

• Parents Auxiliary updated library

• New parking lot

What challenges did the Class of 2022 face as they returned to in-person school full time, and how did they overcome them: Still navigating COVID-19 and adjusting to a new normal.

Principal's reflections on the Class of 2022: I am proud of the Class of 2022. Throughout their four years at Rosary they demonstrated resilience, perseverance, and optimism. Throughout their high school career there were several changes they had to navigate, but as they always have done and always will do, they handled everything with grace, gratitude, and a spirit that makes being a Royal and important aspect of Rosary High School.
