EN Engineering acquires Colorado-based company

WARRENVILLE - EN Engineering has announced the acquisition of ESC Engineering, a Colorado-based engineering firm focused on the electric utility, energy, and industrial markets.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"We are very happy to have ESC join EN as the company will significantly enhance our capabilities in electric transmission, substation, system planning, and automation, which are all areas we have been actively growing the last few years," said Adam Biggam, CEO of EN Engineering.

Founded in 1978, ESC has a history of serving many municipal, coop and utilities, and industrial power users in the Rocky Mountain and central states regions, as well as industrial and manufacturing companies throughout the U.S.

Warrenville-based EN Engineering employ more than 2,000 professionals across 30 locations in the U.S., providing comprehensive and dependable engineering, consulting, design, asset integrity, data solutions, and automation services.
