This prestigious recognition was determined by the employees from PPAI member companies. To be eligible, an employee could submit a nomination from their organization. From there, employees at each company were sent a questionnaire covering topics such as confidence about the future at the company, benefits packages, and the organization's adherence to strong values and ethics.
