In all, the BADC will honor four award winners at this year's event.

BADC will be recognizing three recent Citizen of the Year Award recipients, who were announced virtually, through partnership with Quintessential Barrington Magazine:

• 2020 Citizen of the Year: Brian Battle;

• 2021 Citizen of the Year: Barbara Benson;

• 2022 Citizen of the Year: the Rev. Dr. Zina Jacque.

Then, the winner of the 2023 Citizen of the Year Award will be announced.

The BADC annual dinner program will feature a celebration of the significant contributions to the Barrington community made by each of these award recipients. The event theme - "Better Together" - will spotlight partnerships in nonprofit initiatives.

The keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Avis Proctor, president of William Rainey Harper College.

Tickets are available online at: programs.the-badc.org.
