Delta Foundation's Heal-A-Thon to benefit Fox Valley United Way

The Delta Foundation for Spiritual Studies, a nonprofit organization creating accessible spiritual education and training, is partnering with the Fox Valley United Way for the first local Heal-A-Thon on Saturday, Jan. 28.

Between 9 a.m. and noon, participants will have the opportunity to experience a one-on-one, 15-minute Energy Healing with a certified Energy Healer at the Delta Foundation for Spiritual Studies located at 2000 S. Batavia Ave., Suite 300, in Geneva, Illinois.

Although this event is free, they will be accepting donations to support the United Way's United for ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) program as well as to support the Delta Foundation's mission to keep spiritual education and training accessible and affordable.

"An Energy Healing utilizes energy systems that aid in recentering your body, mind, and spirit. Vibrational attuning promotes relaxation, healing, and wellness," said Karen A. Baker, Psy.D, CEO and founder of the Delta Foundation for Spiritual Studies. "If you arrive with your intention of what you feel needs to be healed and are open to receiving the healing, this will be a very powerful experience for everyone and a wonderful way to start a new year."
