Roselle village clerk and three trustee seats up for April election

The Roselle Village Clerk's office reminds residents that candidate nomination packets for the following seats that will be on the ballot for the April 4, 2023 consolidated election are available for download on the village clerk's page under candidate information.

The following offices in the Village of Roselle are up for election on April 4, 2023:

• Village clerk for a 2-year term to complete the remainder of a 4-year term expiring April 2025;

• Three village trustee seats for 4-year terms.

The filing period for nomination packets for these elected positions is Dec. 12-19.

During the filing period, the village clerk's office will accept nominating packets at Roselle Village Hall, 31 S Prospect St., from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Candidate packets are provided as a courtesy of the village clerk's office. Each candidate is urged to seek legal counsel to determine individual requirements for running for elected office.
