Carol Stream Elementary District 93 to host Fall Fest Oct. 29

Carol Stream Elementary District 93's Birth to 5 Community Coalition is inviting all families with young children throughout Carol Stream, Bloomingdale, Hanover Park, and the surrounding areas to join for its Let's Play Fall Fest on Saturday, Oct. 29.

It will be held from 10 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. outside of Heritage Lakes Elementary School, 925 Woodhill Drive in Carol Stream.

The event, especially geared toward families with children aged birth to 5, will feature face painting, a pumpkin patch, live children's music from Miss Jamie's Farm, a trunk-or-treat, giveaways and multiple playstations featuring materials and activities for families with young children.

The Birth to 5 Community Coalition seeks to connect community families with care and services for children from newborn to age 5.

Carol Stream Elementary District 93 is a preschool through eighth-grade district that serves 3,300 students from portions of Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, and Hanover Park. Its mission is to maximize the academic, social, and emotional potential of each student.
