Jeremy Kahn and Chicago All-Stars a highlight of St. Charles Jazz Weekend

Kick off St. Charles Jazz Weekend on Friday, Sept. 9, at the Baker Community Center with a performance by four of Chicago's brightest jazz stars -- pianist Jeremy Kahn, saxophonist/clarinetist Eric Schneider, bassist Dennis Carroll and drummer George Fludas.

"A Swingin' Affair with Jeremy Kahn and the Chicago All-Stars," produced by the Norris Cultural Arts Center, will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Each ticketholder will receive coupons for complimentary beverages, including beer, wine and soft drinks.

"To experience any of these four unique talents would be worth the price of admission," said James L. Collins, chairman of the Norris Cultural Arts Center. The Baker Community Center is located at 101 S. Second Street (Route 31) in downtown St. Charles.
