Apple Fest Returns to Historic Downtown Long Grove Sept 23 – 25
The Midwest's biggest tribute to apple season will return to the historic streets of charming downtown Long Grove when the 31st annual Apple Fest takes place Sept. 23 through 25. The 2022 edition features countless apple delicacies, everything from apple wine to apple tempura. In addition, as always, there will be live music stages in multiple areas, family activities, and a classic carnival offering "bushels of fun" for everyone.
The Apple Fest Treats:
The heart of Apple Fest are the dozens of apple vendors doling out locally-made, apple-inspired food and beverages. In the past, Apple Fest has featured creative options, mouthwatering items like chocolate caramel apples, candy covered apples, apple sangria, hard apple ciders, fresh apple cider donuts, spiced apple lattes, granny apple popcorn, green apple cotton candy, apple crisps, apple goat cheese dumplings, apple cheesecake, apple pie, cinnamon apple ice cream, apple sugar cookie, and much more. This year visitors can expect more of the same as well as other autumn favorites too.
The Apple Fest Entertainment:
In addition to three-days of colorful apple-themed treats, festgoers can also participate in exciting activities. Apple Fest includes family fun in the Kid's Zone as well as a dedicated classic carnival with thrill all ages rides and games. The biggest entertainment draw at Apple Fest is typically the live music playing continuously on multiple stages spread out throughout town.
