Libertyville DAR Chapter presents Chapters first Flag certificate to Mission BBQ in Gurnee

The Libertyville, IL based Ansel Brainerd Cook Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, presented its chapters first Flag Certificate to Evelyn Wagoner, Regional Community Ambassador at Mission BBQ in Gurnee.

The Flag Certificate is presented to an individual or business for the proper use, correct displaying and patriotic presentation of the Flag of the United States of America.

The chapter members met for a fantastic BBQ lunch in their patriotic themed dining room and participated in Mission BBQ's 12:00 noon salute to the Stars and Stripes. Every day at Noon, everyone at Mission BBQ stands to salute the flag during the playing of our National Anthem. It's the best 2 minutes. We each also supported Honor Flight by purchasing cups.

Thank you Mission BBQ for flying the Flag Proudly, and serving those that serve.

Mission BBQ also gives back with the help of generous support from their loyal customers and communities. They have donated more than 10 million dollars to national and local charitable organizations.
