St. Emily Eagles Soar at Sectionals
The St. Emily School Girls varsity track and field team competed at the IESA Class 1A Sectionals May 7. The team of Cassie Martinez, Linnea Olsen, Madelyn Strahammer, Jamie Laskiewicz, Emily Clarke, and Ava Alkass earned the title of 2022 Varsity Girls Sectional Champions. The St. Emily Girls won the 4 x 400 relay and discus events and will travel downstate this weekend to compete in the State Finals.
