JLL bolsters suburban team with hire of industry veteran
CHICAGO, May 5, 2022 - JLL recently announced the hire of Chris Cummins as managing director of Chicago's suburban office market team. Cummins joins the JLL team with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in Chicago landlord representation.
Prior to joining JLL, Cummins excelled in brokerage positions with several globally recognized commercial real estate firms. In that time, he was involved in over 11 million square feet of leases throughout the Chicago suburbs.
As Managing Director, Cummins will work closely with JLL's suburban agency leasing team to establish and implement successful real estate strategies with landlords and investors, as well as identify occupier trends and opportunities. His focus will be on the North Suburban office market, where his decades of market knowledge will make him an invaluable resource to clients.
