Record numbers explore educational options at College of DuPage open house

More than 1,000 guests toured facilities and explored academic programming and students services April 28 at College of DuPage's spring open house.

The event offered visitors a general overview of the college and a financial aid presentation. Admissions representatives also were available to answer questions on how to apply to COD and navigate the enrollment process.

Registration currently is underway for the College's summer and fall terms. Learn more about registering for classes at College of DuPage by visiting cod.edu/registration.

The summer term, which begins June 13, includes a 10-, 8- and two five-week sessions.

The fall term begins Aug. 22 and includes a 16-week, 12-week and two eight-week sessions. Course offerings for both terms include a mix of in-person, hybrid, virtual and traditional online classes.

College of DuPage is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Serving approximately 21,000 students each term, College of DuPage is the largest public community college in the state of Illinois. The college grants seven associate degrees and offers more than 170 career and technical certificates in over 50 areas of study.
