Schwabe Group Welcomes New Agents
The Schwabe Group, a leading suburban real estate practice based in Arlington Heights has expanded its team with the addition of three new agents. Founded in 2006,by David Schwabe, the eight members of The Schwabe Group team handled over $40 million in transactions in 2021.
Recent additions to the team are Rana Hamwi, Sarah Faraci-Gomez, and Amy Pappas. The common attribute of each of the new members is a strong passion for real estate according to David Schwabe.

Hamwi provides experience as well as being bilingual with a mastery of Arabic. Schwabe notes that Hamwi has extensive knowledge of the northwest suburbs and is a skilled negotiator, something that will support clients in an environment in which most homes are drawing multiple offers.
Faraci-Gomez is an Arlington Heights resident with a lengthy career in client-centric businesses, experience she draws on in the real estate market. With so many established agents in this area, Schwabe expects Faraci-Gomez to stand out due to her rapport with clients.
Pappas is a life-long resident of the area, having attended Prospect High School where her two children are currently in school. She has been involved in a wide-range of community organizations and is focused on analyzing available data to match buyers with the right home for them.
