Early bird registration open for Lazarus House Great Western Freedom 4 Run/Walk

Early bird registration is now open for the 2022 Lazarus House Great Western Freedom 4 Run/Walk on July 4 at LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve in St. Charles.

In 2021, nearly 300 patriotic participants started their holiday running or walking to help their neighbors in need.

All proceeds benefit Lazarus House, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit Emergency Shelter, Center for Transitional Living, and Homeless Prevention Program for men, women and children who are homeless or in crisis from Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, or western rural Kane County.

This competitive 4-mile race and 2-mile scenic walk is suited for the whole family to enjoy. Performance T-shirts to the first 100 registered runners and cotton T-shirts given to all others while supplies last. No strollers allowed in the 4- mile competitive run. Strollers welcome in the 2-mile scenic walk.

Registration is now open at raceroster.com/events/2022/58543/great-western-freedom-4-runwalk or visit www.lazarushouse.net.
