GLMV Chamber hosts 'Cars & Jewels' gala April 23

A party awaits for the business community and guests at the Green Oaks, Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills Chamber of Commerce Spring Membership/Recognition Gala from 6-10 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at the recently opened Tesla Showroom, 1121 S. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville.

The gala, themed "Cars & Jewels," will include networking with GLMV's most influential business leaders; food by Catered Productions; beverages by Mickey Finn's, MainStreet Social and Tighthead Brewery; and live entertainment by Improv Playhouse.

Other highlights include awards; VIP photos; leadership introductions; silent auction; raffles; social time and more.

Attendees may enter to win grand prize raffles, including 14k Yellow Gold Rose Quartz Drop Earrings ($700 value) provided by Rollands Jewelers - Libertyville, an extended test drive opportunity from Tesla, and other items donated by local businesses.

Cost is $65, which includes a cocktail reception, open bar, hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and buffet with carving stations. Individual tickets and sponsorships at various levels are now available for the event.
