DuPage mobile vaccine van to stop at Villa Park church Dec. 5

The DuPage Country Mobile Care Van for COVID-19 vaccine shots will be on site at the Cornerstone Chinese Church on Sunday, Dec. 5, from noon to 3 p.m.

Vaccines for Pfizer and J&J only will be available for ages 5 or older.

Bring your vaccine card for second or booster shots. All are welcome.

While you can walk-in, they highly recommend that you register with the DuPage County Health Department. This registration will provide the health department with your personal information, medical history, allergies, and current medications. Completing this ahead of time will help speed up the process when you arrive for the vaccine.

Cornerstone Chinese Church is located at 5 N. Princeton Ave. in Villa Park.

This family-oriented church with over 110 years of history moved from Oak Park. Over the years, the church has grown into a multicultural community that welcomes all.
