Trelleborg Promotes Jindrich and Hires Hosman to Strengthen its Midwest Customer Success Team
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a world leader in engineered polymer solutions that seal, damp and protect critical applications in demanding environments, announces two organizational updates that will aid its Midwest Customer Success Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Kara Jindrich has been promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager for the Schaumburg, Illinois, Customer Solution Center. She joined Trelleborg as a customer success advocate in 2019 and worked on several initiatives to improve service and support to key customers. In her new role, Kara will continue creating a culture of exceptional customer experience primarily for Trelleborg's Midwest U.S. customers.
Daniel Diffenderfer, director of Customer Advocacy of Sales and Marketing says, "Kara brings a winning level of commitment and teamwork to everything she does, and she will bring that same dedication to her new position by anticipating our customers'needs and collaborating with them as business partners."
Before joining Trelleborg, Kara held roles in warehouse operations, customer service, and account management. She has a bachelor's degree in sports management from Lewis University and previously worked with the Chicago Fire Soccer Club.
Emily Hosman has joined Trelleborg's Schaumburg, Illinois, Customer Solution Center team as a customer success advocate. Emily previously worked as a customer success advocate for Life Fitness and has her bachelor's degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
"Emily is currently pursuing a certificate in business analytics from Cornell University," says Diffenderfer. "Her commitment to continued excellence will help us execute on our vision of delivering exceptional customer experiences."
