Express Air Coach to launch new Elgin to O'Hare shuttle service

Lafayette, Indiana - Express Air Coach announced Monday that it began offering pick-up points in Elgin, Illinois for shuttle service to O'Hare, beginning Monday, Oct. 12. The Lafayette, Indiana based company currently offers daily service to O'Hare from Purdue University, West Lafayette, and Hammond Indiana multiple times daily. EAC President Paul Davis said "I have been a long time resident of the Elgin area and have always wanted to start a service from this area. With our current route structure, the timing made sense. We are looking forward to providing a safe, convenient, and low cost option that will deliver you right to your terminal at O'Hare."

According to Davis, EAC plans on "initially offering shuttles every two hours to determine market demand and the interest in the service. We feel this will be a great option for travelers in the Fox Valley to get to O'Hare in a convenient, quick, affordable, and direct manner without having to deal with airport parking and transfers." Reservations will be required for confirmed travel and can be made and paid for in advance on the company website, which is expressaircoach.com.

The pick-up point in Elgin will be at the Country Inn and Suites at 2270 Point Blvd.
