Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 donates medical supplies

Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 has a tradition of preparing students for whatever careers they may be interested in following graduation.

One way the district accomplishes this is through focus on career clusters, one of which includes the medical field.

With schools closed to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the district had a supply of medical equipment both for classes and school use that was going unused.

After hearing from parents who work in the medical field, staff from across the district gathered supplies and delivered them to Northwest Community Healthcare in Arlington Heights and Amita Health St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates.
