Ultimate Gymnastics competes at Harley-Davidson Invite

A snowy drive straight up I-94 led Ultimate Gymnastics' athletes to Milwaukee to compete in the Harley-Davidson Gymnastics Invite. These girls brought their A-game, with many of the levels earning top three team finish honors.

A strong performance by Level 3 earned them a first-place team finish. Gwennie Cole had an outstanding performance and was crowned the vault, bars, beam and all-around champion. She also took second on floor.

Eloide Nichols took second in vault and beam, while Raelynn Golden earned the honors of beam champion in her respective division. Ella Gordon took third on vault, second on bars, and third all-around, while Amanda Hough dominated her age division, earning her a second-place finish on vault and beam, as well as a first-place finish on floor and in all-around.

The girls from Level 4 showed up and delivered. The team earned a third-place overall team finish. Lydia Fakhoury did outstanding on beam, earning her the beam champion title. She also took third on bars, second on floor, and second in all-around.

Caitlin Lanners had a brilliant performance on every event, taking third on vault, second on bars and beam, and was crowned floor and all-around champion. Evelyn Perna captured third on beam and floor.

In their age group, Sophia Bott and Annika V. also did well. Sophia earned a third-place beam finish and was crowned vault champion. Annika was bars champion and took second in the all-around category.

The Level 5 athletes had a fantastic showing, earning many medals. Abby Leverenz received a third-place bars finish, while Karina Gamalski took home the third-place finish in her age group division.

• Malayna Rios: Vault (5th); Bars (5th); Beam (8th); Floor (8th); All-Around (4th)

Ultimate's Level 6 girls' strong performances earned them a second-place team finish. Camryn Clark finished first on vault, while Layla Kadera took second on vault and third on bars and floor. Allie Mietus rounded out the vault podium at third, while also taking first on floor and second all-around.

In their respective age division, Hailey Hamann was crowned the vault and all-around champion. Orli Sweet finished second on beam, while Cammy Jensen joined her on the podium finishing third. Isabella Mazza also finished second on beam in her age division.

Level 7's incredible performances earned them many medals and trips up to the podium, as well as a first-place team finish. Lyla Drowne earned a third-place finish on beam and was crowned all-around champ. Ava Fendel dominated the podium, earning a second-place vault finish, third place all-around finish and was also crowned beam and floor champion.

Gaby Carvajal finished third on vault, while Evy Haggerty took third on bars. Hailey Krueger and Kenzie Liebau also earned third-place finishes on bars and vault, respectively.

The athletes from Level 8 showed a powerful performance all-around, sending them on many trips to the podium. They also earned a second-place team finish. Alyssah Arends took second on beam and was crowned the bars champion. McKenna Cox took second on floor, while Livy Tran took third on floor and beam.

Nora Werner was the beam champion. Elizabeth Haas dominated the podium as she earned a second-place floor finish and was crowned champion of vault, beam and all-around.

Individual placements for Level 8s are as follows:
