Christopher Paquette joins Chicago-based Trustmark as Senior Vice President, Chief Digital & Strategy Officer

LAKE FOREST, IL - Christopher Paquette has joined national employee benefits provider Trustmark as Senior Vice President, Chief Digital & Strategy Officer. In this newly created role, Paquette will establish or enhance centers of excellence in strategy, digital delivery, data and analytics, and marketing.

Paquette comes to Trustmark from McKinsey & Company, where he was a Partner in the Chicago office. During nearly 12-years at McKinsey, Paquette supported clients on all aspects of digital transformation. Hands-on engagements included building new competencies, enhancing sales and marketing processes, reimagining customer journeys, improving the customer experience and advising clients on strategy, technology, operations and innovation, all with a dual focus on revenue growth and better customer relationships. Companies Paquette served cross numerous industries, among them insurance, healthcare, banking, retail and consumer. In addition, Paquette created, launched and led McKinsey's Digital Academy, which helps companies build and scale digital and analytics capabilities.

Paquette holds a BA in economics and psychology from Northwestern University and earned his MBA, with distinction, from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
