Family Friendly Theatre Returns to Cutting Hall with 'The Barnyard Mystery' on October 14

Poor Mrs. Gray! She has spent hours baking desserts for the church spaghetti dinner, but they keep disappearing one by one. What is she going to do? Who is the thief? Is it the rooster, the chicken, the pig, the cow, or the bumblebee? Could the desserts be in the pig pen, the beehive, the chicken coop, or the barn? Where would you look?

Come join in the fun as Palatine Park District's Family Friendly Theatre presents "The Barnyard Mystery," on Monday, Oct. 14, at Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center. Two performances are offered with the first at 10:30 a.m. and the second at 1p.m. Ticket prices are $6 for regular admission and $5 for groups of ten or more. Tickets can be purchased in person at Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center, online at cuttinghall.org, or by calling 847.202.5222. Additional ticketing fees may apply.

"Family Friendly Theatre brings another original play to Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center," said Cultural Arts Coordinator Ashley Schiavone. "Seeing the audience grow and giving local performers the opportunity to interact with their community continues to be a highlight. There is nothing more exciting than seeing kids line up after the show in excitement to meet the characters," she continued. "That connection makes the stories each season truly magical. I can't wait to see 'The Barnyard Mystery' and help solve the mystery of who stole the pasta!"

Family Friendly Theatre schedules performances at Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center on days off of school and are suitable for children ages 3-12. Family Friendly Theatre's "The Barnyard Mystery" is sponsored by Andigo Credit Union. According to Julie Selof, Community Relations Manager, Andigo Credit Union is proud to be the 2019 Family Friendly Theatre Presenting Sponsor. Founded in 1939, Andigo is not-for-profit and offers all the services of a bank. Open to the community, Andigo has a branch in Schaumburg on Meacham Road and their newest branch is located in Carol Stream.
