"There are so many nuances to the laws and regulations surrounding the food and grocery industries that business owners and food distributors can't be expected to know everything," said founding partner, Kerry Lavelle. "We're hoping this seminar will shed some light on key legal issues and help business owners know what to look out for."

"We believe it is our responsibility to educate the public and business owners about complex legal matters that might not otherwise come up until it's too late. This seminar is one of many initiatives in which we can reach out to our neighbors and share our knowledge."
