Fox Valley Beaux Arts to host 'The Magic of Fashion' luncheon and show Sept. 28

Striking fashions and a fashion-forward boutique will cast a bewitching pleasant spell with illusionist Jeanette Andrews at this year's Fox Valley Beaux Arts "The Magic of Fashion" luncheon and fashion show.

The fun begins on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Elgin Country Club, 2575 Weld Road in Elgin.

Doors open at 11 a.m. with the event's popular silent auction, raffles, and vendors with a lunch at noon.

Guests will enjoy the sensory magic of innovative illusionist Jeanette Andrews and the unique on-trend styles of Fashions by Chico's located at The Arboretum of South Barrington.

Tickets for this "first class" event are $50 per person.

Proceeds from the luncheon/fashion show are designated for college scholarships benefiting students pursuing the arts.

Fox Valley Beaux Arts, a nonprofit women's club founded 36 years ago, is composed of members who are involved with, foster, and support the arts. Its mission is to offer scholarships to Elgin area seniors who pursue majoring and minoring in the arts.
