Registration open for new Hustle S'more 5K and Kids Mile
Run through the prairie of Peck Farm Park at the Geneva Park District's new Hustle S'more 5K and Kids Mile.
This chip-timed race will be held Saturday, Sept. 28, at Peck Farm Park, 4038 Kaneville Road, Geneva. On-site registration and check-in begins at 3:30 p.m.
The Kids Mile begins at 4:30 p.m. and the 5K begins at 5:30 p.m.
Stay and enjoy an awards ceremony and post-race celebration that includes s'mores, hot chocolate and Chick-fil-A sandwiches.
Early registration for the Hustle S'more 5K and Kids Mile is open through Sunday, Sept. 15.
Early registration is $35 for the 5K and $15 for the Kids Mile, and includes a Dri Fit shirt and participant bag. After Sept. 15, it will be $40 for the 5K and $20 for the Kids Mile, and participants will receive their shirts two weeks after the race.
A 5K race-only option also is available for $20.

Awards for the 5K will be given to overall female and male, then top finisher in each age group (from 14 and under to 66 or older). In the Kids Mile, each runner gets a participation award.

The Hustle S'more 5K and Kids Mile benefits the Geneva Park District Scholarship Fund, which provides recreational opportunities to community members in need.
