Andrew Czysz named agency manager at Western & Southern Life-Chicago

Andrew Czysz has been named agency manager at The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company (Western & Southern Life) to lead business development and operations for the company's Chicago-Midwest Agency.

"Andrew brings more than 17 years of industry experience to his leadership role," said Ben Holman, divisional vice president. "He will be a valuable resource to our Chicago-Midwest team as they provide middle-market consumers with solutions to their financial needs."

As agency manager, Czysz is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and training, coaching, and developing current and future sales associates in the region.

Prior to joining Western & Southern Life, Czysz was with Country Financial, serving in both financial representative and agency manager positions.

He holds a bachelor's degree in education from Illinois State University, a bachelor's degree in law enforcement and justice administration from Western Illinois University, FINRA Series 6 and 63, and is life and variable licensed in Illinois.
