The 2019 Miss Illinois and Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen competitions return to the Marion Cultural and Civic Center with preliminary competitions beginning Wednesday, June 12 and culminating with the finals on Saturday, June 15.

Miss Capital City 2019, Sheridan Hurtig of Mundelein is one of twenty-four women from around the state of Illinois who will compete for the Miss Illinois crown and an opportunity to represent the state at the Miss America competition. The Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen competition features 21 teen contestants.
