Did you know that arthritis is the leading cause of disability among adults in the U.S.?
According to the Arthritis Foundation, more than 50 million adults and 300,000 children have some type of arthritis. Arthritis is most common among women and occurs more frequently as people get older. People who have a family history are also at greater risk of developing arthritis.

- Exercise to maintain range of motion and flexibility
- Use proper safety equipment to prevent injuries when playing sports
