District 73 schedules referendum information meetings

The Hawthorn School District 73 Board of Education is inviting the public to a series of information meetings that will provide presentations on the two referenda questions that will appear on the Nov. 6, 2018, ballot. Upcoming meetings are as follows:

• 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, Elementary North Gym, 301 Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills.

• 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, Middle School North Gym, 201 Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills.

• 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, Aspen Drive Library, 701 Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills.

• 1-2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, Vernon Hills Village Hall, 290 Evergreen Drive, Vernon Hills.

Spanish translators will be present at the Elementary North presentation on Oct. 9 and the Middle School North presentation on Oct. 17.
