All single session and massage packages are 20 percent off through Sept. 16 at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.

"Massages are a great way to relax, reduce stress and help ease muscle pain," said Lori Skoniecke, CRC building coordinator.

Massages may be purchased as an individual massage or in packages. The 20 percent off promotion will be applied to the below regular pricing options:

• 30 minutes-$45 for members, $57 for non-members

• 45 minutes-$51 for members, $63 for non-members

• 60 minutes-$57 for members, $69 for non-members

• 90 minutes-$85 for members, $102 for non-members

• Package of three one hour sessions-$156 for members, $197 for non-members

• Package of five one hour sessions-$250 for members, $318 for non-members

• Package of seven one hour sessions-$333 for members, $430 for non-members.
