Sikich conference to help executives address cybersecurity, automation and workforce challenges

Professional services firm Sikich will host its second annual Business Transformation Conference on Sept. 20 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. The conference will feature sessions covering pressing challenges businesses face today, including cybersecurity, robotics, and recruiting and retaining talented employees.

The Business Transformation Conference will kick off with a keynote address from Dr. David Ricketts, a scholar at Harvard's Technology and Entrepreneurship Center, about disruptive innovation. The agenda also includes an interactive cybersecurity incident response simulation, a panel about robotic process automation, cognitive automation and the internet of things, and a panel about developing the workforce of the future.

Speakers include Tim Collyer, senior manager of cyber defense at Motorola Solutions, John Rouse, vice president of business development for IoT and digital transformation at Mesh Systems, and X. Eyee, a senior technical account manager and blockchain ambassador with Microsoft.

The conference will also include presenters from Sikich, including Geier, Joy Duce, a partner in human resource consulting, John Kleb, a partner in strategic technologies, and Brad Lutgen, a partner in security and compliance.
