Ready, set Nerf at Schaumburg Park District
Challenge your friends this summer to an afternoon of fun with your favorite Nerf products.
Nerf Battle Royale is set for 1 to 3 p.m., June 12, July 10 and Aug. 14 at Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way. Children ages 9 to 12 are invited to compete in Nerf battle games.
Teams will be divided throughout the day and players must bring their own Nerf accessories. Safety glasses will be provided.
"Nerf is really popular and this is a great way for children to meet other Nerf fans," said Derek Radek, athletic supervisor. "It's a fun, structured playtime."
Registration is required. Cost is $15 per session for residents and $20 per session for non-residents.
