League of Women Voters*Arlington Heights*Mount Prospect*Buffalo Grove*Prospect Heights*Wheeling*Elk Grove Village, a non-partisan organization dedicated to empowering voters and defending democracy, is hosting a contest to name and create a logo for a new program. The contest is open to all rising and graduating seniors of District 214. The winner will receive a $100 scholarship.

How do I win the $100 scholarship?

It's easy! Brand our new voter celebration program with a great name and attractive graphic. What would you call the program? How would you design the logo? The name should be catchy and easy to remember.

What is the LWV new voter celebration program?

One of League of Women Voter's most important goals is for people to vote! In order encourage our very newest voters, we will give every District 214 student with a "new voter" gift when they are eligible to vote.

What's in a new voter gift?

The gift will have information about registering to vote and the process of voting, some fun voting swag and, of course, candy.

How do I submit my proposal?

Send your proposal to lwvah.org@gmail.com . All proposals must be received by May 25 at 5pm. The winner will be notified By June 1st.
