Lavelle Law Founder's Presentation at National Conference to be Part of Live Podcast
Kerry Lavelle, founding partner of Lavelle Law in Schaumburg, has been chosen to speak at the American Bar Association-GP Solo/GLSA 2018 Joint Spring Meeting. His presentation at this national conference will be broadcast live as part of a GLSA podcast.
The session, entitled, "Build Your Business Plan for Success!" takes place Wednesday, April 25 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm CST, and will be broadcast live from the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. The podcast is available for anyone who would like to tune in through the GLSA portal at https://www.uberconference.com/tmartin72, though CLE credits are only available for those who attend the event in-person.

The content of the presentation will focus on how to run your law firm like a business. Lavelle will cover what he has identified as the eight most important elements to a sound business plan in this hour-long presentation.

But creating the right culture is vital to employee retention and low turnover rates, which, of course, affects your relationship with standing clients."
