SixtyFour - A Wine Bar Hosts 2nd Wine Dinner for California Fire Relief

SixtyFour - A Wine Bar in Downtown Naperville will host Burgess Cellars for the wine bar's second California fire relief fundraiser wine dinner on Thursday, November 16, 2017.

The reception will begin at 6:30pm followed by dinner courses starting at 7:00pm. Executive Chef Patrick McLaughlin will be preparing a four-course dinner to pair with the estate Napa Valley wines. Burgess Cellars will feature the following wines:

2015 Burgess Cellars Russian River Chardonnay

2013 Burgess Cellars Grenache

2013 Burgess Cellars Merlot, Triere Vineyard

2013 Burgess Cellars Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

"We're excited to team up with the SixtyFour team to host a memorable and tasty event. As a vintner, parent, community member and first responder, I give back as much as I can," said Steve Burgess, President/Vintner of Burgess Cellar. "With this dinner, we're especially grateful for the proceeds that will go to California fire relief efforts."

Steve Burgess is bringing his winemaker, Kelly Woods who he explains is a detail-oriented planner and has exceptional organization skills, not to mention know-how which have been an integral part of what makes Burgess Cellars succeed.

Steve Burgess explains that family wineries reinvest in their land, products, staff and community. Burgess Cellars continues to grow as a valuable part of the area, producing estate Napa Valley wines.

About SixtyFour - A Wine Bar

SixtyFour - A Wine Bar, a local restaurant and wine bar that features 64 wines by the glass and 64 craft beers in bottles and cans every day, is owned and operated by local Wheaton residents Loren and Amy Beadle. In December they plan to open SixtyFour - Reserve Room. It will be located next to SixtyFour - A Wine Bar on Water Street in downtown Naperville, and will be available for private events, nightly exclusive dining and special dinners for parties of up to 50 people.
