Sox reliever Ryan Tepera hoping to return from finger injury next week

Carlos Rodon is scheduled to pitch against the Reds next week, and Sox reliever Ryan Tepera is also hoping to take the mound in the two-game series at Guaranteed Rate Field.
Tepera is on the injured list after lacerating his right index finger early last week.
"Today was probably the first day I've really been able to kind of let it go," Tepera told reporters in Detroit Tuesday before the White Sox played the Tigers. "Still wrapped, the cut is sealed up. The little piece of skin flap was sealed down. So we didn't have to cut that off which is a good thing. It's more kind of like a little blood blister right now."
