Mount Prospect village board goes 'on the road' for Nov. 14 meeting

The Mount Prospect village board will holding its next committee-of-the-whole meeting "on the road" at 6 p.m. Nov. 14, at Holmes Junior High, 1900 Lonnquist Blvd.

Each quarter, the board holds one of its committee-of-the-whole meetings at a different location in the village.

The format will be a town-hall meeting, so the public is invited to share any questions, concerns and comments they have for the village board.

Additionally, Mount Prospect police Sgt. Alison Teevan and officers from Beat 3164, which includes Holmes Junior High and the surrounding neighborhoods, will be present to answer questions and discuss any relevant issues occurring in the area.
