Round Lake Beach holiday decorating contest returns

The Round Lake Beach Holiday Home Decorating Contest is back, with the prizes worth up to $250 for the winners.

Nominations are due by Dec. 14 to rlbeachcenter@roundlakebeachil.gov or by calling (847) 201-9032. Judging for the contest will take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 15.

The winners will be announced on the Round Lake Beach Facebook page, at www.facebook.com/villageofroundlakebeach, and the Round Lake Beach Cultural and Civic Center Facebook page, www.facebook.com/RLBCC. You do not have to be nominated to win, but a nomination ensures the home will be judged.

The winner will receive a $250 gift card. Second and third place homeowners will receive a $150 gift card each.
