Cook Memorial Public Library District seeking resident input on future plans

The Cook Memorial Public Library District is seeking public input as it develops plans for the future.

Patrons and library district residents are asked to take the 5- to 10-minute online survey by 9 p.m. May 27 at cooklib.org/survey.

Library officials say the responses will help form goals and strategies going forward. Paper copies of the questionnaire also are available at the Cook Park library in Libertyville and Aspen Drive library in Vernon Hills.

Each participant who submits a completed survey with their contact information by the deadline will be entered to win one of three $100 gift cards.
